Excellent!

We spotted a car that we liked the look of via Auto Trader, a black Audi A3 Sportback at Brookside Vehicle Remarketing Ltd.  We phoned Simon and he gave us an acurate description of the car and offered to wait until 6pm for us to be able to view it.
Upon arriving it was exactly as described and Simon agreed to do a couple of minor trim items to make it perfect.  Paid the deposit and agreed collection in a couple of days.  Simon explained that he would be away on his Anniversary that weekend and his team would handle the sale for us.
We arrived to collect as agreed. The car was prepared beautifully by his valetor and we were very pleased indeed.
Unfortunately on our journey home it felt that one of the brakes was binding slightly. We phoned the garage in the morning and the phone diverted to Simons mobile whilst he was away.  He immediately advised us to return the car to his local garage to be inspected.  The front brake discs, pads and brake caliper were all replaced without question by the technician on Simons authority while we waited along with sincere apologies from Simon for this unforseen problem.
We would thoroughly recommend Simon and Brookside to anyone wishing to purchase a good used car from a genuine person.
