Im over the moon with my ford mondeo. The car had a intermittent gearbox fault which took a while to find out what was wrong. Simon reassured me throughout and paid for the repairs even out of warranty time! Amazing! As i live quite a distance away Chris was kind enough to let me use his own car whilst mine was being prepared. 100% recommend
