Helpful, efficient and pleasant dealer

From start to finish Simon at Brookside was helpful, informative and efficient. We decided to change our car at short notice having made do for some months with one that was too small for our family. Due to travelling a long distance it meant time was pushed on this particular day however Simon assisted and we managed to finalise the whole deal within a short time and were thrilled that our new car was ready to be driven away there and then. I find changing cars a major hassle, but can honestly say this was one of the smoothest changes I’ve experienced. The dealership even issues an info sheet for you to take home to remind you of different things to remember such as sending off info to the DVLA. Definately recommend them and would use them again.
