All of the team were helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The car was absolutely gleaming inside and out on the day that I picked it up. Most importantly I discovered the following day that there was a fault with the central door locking on one of the doors and Brookside were both apologetic and immediately offered to resolve the issue which was then carried out the following day.
