Impressed by the friendly honesty.

Picking a car up today from brookside and have been impressed by the friendly service recieved. Didn’t feel any pressure or impatientence from Simon and that’s saying something as I’m terribly indecisive and can try anyone’s patience with decision making! He was going to have a look at something minor on the car but wasn’t able to but offering to put fuel in the car is a nice gesture instead. I felt the business was very transparent and that’s reassuring as buying a car can be a minefield! I haven’t owned the car to really review it personally, I have no doubts about it though they seem to look after their vehicles. maybe I can update this in a few months, but as a business I can’t fault Simon and the guys at Brookside and I would say at least pop down if you’ve seen something online you like the look of. I think you will be impressed
