Pain free and pleasant experience

Simon Elder of Brookside was extremely gentlemanly and respectful. Gave me all information with regard to the vehicle and answered all my questions in language that could be easily understood. Very open about any small problems with the vehicle and adjusted the price of the vehicle when I expressed concern about some damage to the leather on drivers’ seat in order that I could have it repaired. Most impressed. Vehicle was presented in a clean and tidy order plus had half a tank of diesel, very rare. Simon made the whole experience pain free and a pleasant experience. Would definitely return to upgrade my car when necessary.
