I felt Simon at Brookside was a dealer I could trust and I was happy to buy a car from him. He provides a friendly, helpful service and everything went smoothly. The week after we bought the car I was on holiday with the family when the alternator went. It was unfortunate, but I called Simon and he assured me the part was covered by the warranty, and despite having to use another garage to carry out the work, Simon covered the cost with no quibbles. I really appreciated the gesture and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brookside to anyone looking to buy a second hand car.
