Volvo V50

Message to Simon &/or Jacob, from Dave B, re Volvo V50 FG61 EGD purchased 24/05/17. I’ve had this car now, coming up to 3 mths, and I have been pretty satisfied with it so far. I dealt with Jacob during the purchase, and found him very easy to talk to etc. On collecting, I was a bit disappointed to find a few marks, which I hadn’t noticed initially, and did consider coming back to have some of them corrected. However, on reflection, I think maybe I was being a bit unrealistic with a 5/6 yr old car and am happy with that. I would like to convey my appreciation to the guy who valeted the car, sorry I can’t remember his name, he did do a lovely job on it but I don’t think I gave that impression at the time,my apologies! Jacob did promise to forward a full invoice for the sale, I just have poor photocopy, also an invoice or jobcard to define the work done by yourselves prior to sale, in particular the belt and whatever else that involved. I know there is a vague reference in the service book, but I think I need something more positive in the event of a warranty claim, if I decide to buy further warranty. I look forward to your positive response to complete this , so far, very satisfactory transaction. Once again, please convey my appreciation to your valeter.
